Seafood Dip served with Seasoned Crackers

8x8 baking dish
Large Mixing Bowl
Mixing spatula
Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients:
1 oz packet Pale Heat | Not Just Taco Seasoning
1 lb seafood of choice
8 oz Cream Cheese (room temp)
1/3 cup Mayo
¼ cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tsp Horseradish
1 tsp Cholula
1 ¼ cup Shredded Cheese (1/4 reserved for top)
2 stalks Green Onions, chopped (1 tbsp reserved as garnish)
Oil for greasing baking dish

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pre-grease 8x8 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, Worcestershire, horseradish, and hot sauce. Once combined, fold in seafood, Pale Heat seasoning blend, shredded cheese, and green onion. Spread this evenly into baking dish, and bake at 400 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes, or until the dip is a light golden brown on the edges. Remove from oven, and add the remaining cheese and green onion to the top of the dip while it cools. Can be served hot or cold, with crackers, veggies, or right off a spoon.
